What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

• Loose or fallen stones due to faulty setting

• Structural defects (e.g. broken clasps or weak soldering)

• Prong or setting issues related to craftsmanship

• Faults in materials or workmanship

If a defect arises from the manufacturing process, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, worn prongs, faded plating)

• Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or negligence

• Loss or theft of the item or gemstones

• Discolouration from chemicals, perfumes, pools, or spas

• Repairs, alterations or resizing done by third parties

• Misuse or failure to follow care instructions

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@withjoydiamonds.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Clear photos of the item and the issue

• A short description of how the problem occurred

We will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps. If it’s not covered by warranty, we’ll offer a repair or replacement quote.
