Let us know your preferences for diamonds, including the 4 Cs—carat, color, clarity, and cut—along with any setting styles you love, whether from our collection or other inspirations you've found.

Consultation
Our team will email you to discuss your design, explore diamond options.
Depending on your timeline, we’ll refine your concept, present initial selections, and provide an estimated price range.

Diamond Selection & Quote
If you're ready to purchase, our team will handpick three of our finest diamonds just for you. With extensive expertise and direct sourcing, we go beyond the standard 4 Cs to find the best stones.
You'll receive a detailed package including diamond certifications, close-up videos, and a complete price breakdown with your chosen setting.

Deposit
When you're ready to move forward with your chosen diamond, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order, applied toward the total purchase. At this stage, all setting and diamond details will be finalised.
Kindly note that the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to change your mind.

Production
We take 4-6 weeks to handcraft your piece with exceptional craftsmanship. Built to last a lifetime, our jewelry is never mass-produced.

Final Payment
Your ring is ready! We’ll share photos and videos of your finished piece, and once you confirm it’s perfect, the remaining 50% balance will be required.

Delivery & Share
We’ll email you to schedule a delivery date (shipped via DHL with an authorized signature).
